Legacy Down Skirt is my take on formal separates. Wrap skirt is silk brocade with thigh high split and embrodered lace accent at opening. Legacy Down will have a legacy of its own when it enters the room and represent the grace and legacy that has traveled down through lineages just for us to be here at this moment.
